PTS will strive to achieve our Vision by providing the highest possible product quality and customer service to our customers and partners. PTS will provide products that have maximal operational flexibility and ease-of-use, and are very reliable in the production environment for which they are intended. PTS will target certain markets, and our product and service offerings will be maximally suitable for those target markets. PTS will be price competitive for the products that we are offering to those target markets. PTS will market and sell our products with narrow focus so that we can more assuredly succeed in the markets that we are targeting. PTS will constantly improve our product quality, customer service, product designs, and internal business processes through a means of continuous improvement; which includes measuring our performance and improving our performance in all these areas.
