Our HistoryPrinting Technology Services (PTS) was formed in 1999 by acquiring the assets of a company known as Vikon Imaging, which was previously known as NBS Southern. As far back as 1970, NBS Southern provided interfaces between mainframe computers and electronic printing systems. |
Our AchievementsSince 1999 PTS has continued to support the Standard 2460 and X-150 Vision II printing systems, based on the Delphax Electron Beam Imaging (EBI) technology, which is now our ElectroFlex family of products. In 2001, PTS began implementation of an ink jet printing technology, which has evolved into the JetFlex family of products. In 2002, PTS developed a PDF RIP (Raster Image Processor) software technology, known as our RIPFlex family of products. In 2004, PTS developed our image verification capability, which is known as the VeriFlex family of products. In 2005, along with our ink supplier partners, we developed a manifold ink delivery capability, thereby lowering the overall ink costs for our customers. In 2007, we developed the SheetFlex family of products for cut-sheet inkjet printing systems. In 2009, we developed the CardFlex family of products, and the FuserFlex family of products. In 2010, we developed the WebFlex family of products, and we expanded the JetFlex product family of products to include the piezo inkjet technology. Today, PTS offers a complete suite of products that address a very broad range of variable data printing technologies and capabilities. PTS continues to invest in engineering development to remain on the cusp of advanced technology, and to add more capability to our existing products, and to bring new products to the market. Our primary market focus is variable data printing in the commercial printing environment. PTS is driven by Customer Satisfaction, for both product development and customer service. Please let us know how PTS can better serve your needs. |
