JetFlex™ variable data printing systems offer unprecedented flexibility, printing text and graphics on a wide variety of substrates, in-line with presses and collators, or off-line.  JetFlex™ systems use HP Inkjet Technology, and many ink formulations, including UV Curable black and HP water-based inks.  The system is reliable and easy to use.

VeriFlex™  provides image verification capability, and is integrated with the VeriFlex™ system. Image verification can be provided for barcodes using barcode scanners, and for human readable information using digital cameras. The VeriFlex™ systems recognize black ink, colored ink, and invisible ink.

InkFlex™ Flexible Ink Solutions include a wide variety of black, color, invisible and UV Curable inkjet inks and solvents for the JetFlex™ systems.  Other consumables PTS offers are MICR and black toners for the ElectroFlex™ systems, and spare parts for all of our products, including the JetFlex™ and ElectroFlex™ print systems.

RipFlex™ is Raster Image Processor technology that allows for processing PDF and PCL files.  This image processing software allows for processing the PDF and PCL file formats on-the-fly with the print system, thereby avoiding the pre-processing step required by other systems.

ManiFlex™ manifold ink delivery system lowers ink consumption and cost to print for longer run jobs, and greatly reduces downtime by reducing the frequency of print cartridge changes.  The system feeds inkjet ink gravitationally, from one or more bulk ink supplies, through tubes to individual pressure regulated, sealed quick-disconnect connectors on print cartridges.

ElectroFlex™ variable data printing systems use the Electron Beam Imaging Delphax technology to print on many substrates. These systems are widely used for high volume production for numbering and to print barcodes, in the ticket, tag, and label market.
