Jetflex™ 2500 variable data printing systems offer unprecedented flexibility, printing text and graphics on a wide variety of substrates, can be integrated with web or cut-sheet presses and collators. The Series 2500 uses HP Inkjet Technology, and many ink formulations, including HP water-based, many spot colors, and specialty ink such as invisible ink for security applications.

JetFlex™ Series 3000 inkjet printing systems provide for printing variable data in-line with your existing presses and finishing equipment, or off-line web or cut-sheet applications.  The Series 3000 system is ideally suited for high speed (up to 600 FPM) and high quality black-only variable data printing applications, at print widths from 4.25” to 17” with adjustable print resolution up to 600 x 1200 DPI.

VeriFlex™provides image recognition and verification capability and can be integrated with the JetFlex™, SheetFlex™ and CardFlex™ systems. The VeriFlex™ systems support Read-and-Print, Print and Verify, and Read-and-Print-and-Verify capabilities.  Image verification can be provided for barcodes using barcode scanners, and for human readable information using digital cameras. The VeriFlex™ systems recognize black, color and invisible inks.

SheetFlex™ systems offer inkjet printing and image verification capability for cut-sheet printing applications. A SheetFlex™ system includes a pile vacuum feeder, lateral sheet registration, precision vacuum transport conveyor, and pile delivery capability.  The systems have two standard paper widths - 14” and 20”, speeds up to 150 MPM and print resolution up to 600 x 600 DPI.  The SheetFlex™ system is ideal for many applications, including gaming, transactional documents, bank notes, currency and direct mail.  

CardFlex™ systems combine inkjet variable data to print barcodes and/or numbers and a flexographic process to apply scratch-off panels directly on individual cards at speeds up to 30,000 cards per hour. The CardFlex™ scratch off labeling process reduces cost for consumables and down time due to label roll changes. The CardFlex™  systems are flexible, with capabilities of printing a single scratch off panel on individual cards to more sophisticated multiple scratch off panels or even panels as large as a single credit card.

InkFlex™ Flexible Ink Solutions include a wide variety of black, color and specialty inks, including invisible and UV Curable inkjet inks and solvents for the JetFlex™ systems.  Options PTS offers to reduce cost-to-print for our customers include our ManiFlex™ bulk ink systems, for your high volume jobs.  We also offer spare parts for all of our products.
