At PTS, our customer comes first and it is our philosophy that a sale does not end with delivery of our products. We service what we sell. Moreover, before the sale, we make every effort to be sure that our customer has a clear understanding of the product capabilities, thus avoiding unrealistic customer expectations and assuring total customer satisfaction. We offer JetFlex™ Consumables and ElectroFlex™ Consumables as well as replacement parts.

Support:

We provide JetFlex™, VeriFlex™ and RIPFlex™ system support and assist our customers from the product selection process, to ensure production of their required applications, to the completion of their installation – and beyond. Product software upgrades are downloadable for customer convenience.

As the original equipment manufacturer for the ElectroFlex™ systems (formerly known as Vision II), PTS services and supports all current and previous models, including 1200S, 1200X, 1225X, 2412S, and 2412X printing systems. These products use the Delphax 2460 and X-150 print engines, and we continue to support these print engines, including Toner Hopper rebuilds, circuit board repairs, phone support, and on-site service/repair. We offer ElectroFlex™ replacement parts for those engines, in addition to all consumables.
