The VeriFlex™ image verification system is offered in two basic configurations, one using barcode scanners for one dimensional (1D) barcodes, and one using digital cameras for two dimensional (2D) barcodes and human readable information.  Image verification applications include:

Our VeriFlex™ image verification capability is integrated with the JetFlex™ software functionality, thereby allowing for the end-user to have seamless integration of these two functions.  The major features of the VeriFlex™ capability are:

• Capable of reading black, red, blue, green, yellow, and invisible inks. (depends on illumination system specified at the time of purchase)
• Printing speeds up to 300 FPM
• Image verification location is synchronized with the print location
• Image verification faults can stop the printing system
• Automatically generates a defect list for re-runs and audit trail
• Ideal for mission-critical applications
